Our Responsibility
Errors and Defects: If there are any mistakes on our part, such as misspellings, incorrect imagery, damage during shipping, or significant defects that alter the product's use, we will take full responsibility. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Quality Assurance: We conduct rigorous quality checks before shipping. If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications you provided, please provide clear evidence of the issue, such as photographs, and we will address it promptly.
Customer Responsibility
Proof Review: It is crucial that you review the imagery on our website and any custom proofs sent to you. We do our best to review spelling and grammar but do not guarantee corrections. We will send a proof for approval for any significant revisions.
Incorrect Information: If the error is due to incorrect information provided by you (e.g., misspellings, wrong dates, or bad grammar), we cannot redo the plaque without charging you again. For plaques, we may be able to cover the error with a laser-engraved plaque for an additional charge of $12-$18 plus shipping. Bracelets must be remade entirely, which price you'd be responsible for paying.
Refund or Replacement
Significant Inconsistencies: If there is a significant lack of consistency between what was ordered and what was received, as pictured and described on our website, we will offer a full refund or redo the product.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to redo the work. In such cases, we will ensure you receive a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please email us at support@memorialbands.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping.
